About the role
The candidate will support the Senior Manager Professional Development through digital professional development activities and owning responsibility for all PD activities related to the promotion of our digital product portfolio.

About you
The candidate should have:

  • At least 1 to 2 years' school teaching experience in relevant subjects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Inpage and other computer applications.
  • Knowledge of the National Education Policy, National Curriculum of Pakistan, and CAIE curriculum.
  • Prior publishing experience, particularly in proofreading, editing; experience in project planning and management will be an added advantage.

About the role
This position is responsible to provide Service Desk support to the head office and branch offices on day-to-day tasks/problems. The successful candidate will also manage branch network communication with ISPs and work with the IT team on projects and network-related assignments.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Provide technical support for a full range of business technology, including computer systems (hardware and software), network infrastructure etc.
  • Analyse, troubleshoot, and evaluate technology issues
  • Monitor hardware, software, system performance and branch connectivity.
  • Log calls at ServiceNow and resolve in timely manner.
  • Install, upgrade and patch software as per the defined policies
  • Work with the IT team on the projects.

About you
The candidate should have:

  • A strong school education and a university degree in Information Technology (preferably BS in Computer Science).
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Service Desktop Support, Network and Application installation. S/he should be highly proficient in troubleshooting (Windows, Outlook, LAN/wireless, Office 365, Team Meeting and other technologies)
  • MCSE, CCNA and Cloud Certification would be an added advantage.
