The Position
The position involves working on manuscripts from commissioning to delivery to production, dealing with content, structure, copy-editing, proofreading, liaising with authors and designers, and working to deadlines. S/he will develop resources and enhance the editorial team’s capacities to deliver without compromising on quality, international standards and reputation, and compliance regulations.

The Person
The candidate should have:

  • A strong school education and university degree.
  • Editing/Teaching experience preferable.
  • Strong leadership, people management and development, communication, interpersonal, analytical and critical skills.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience with deep practical understanding of publishing business.

The Position

The Position
