Ayesha Khawar is currently working as the Key Accounts Consultant at Oxford University Press Islamabad, with the professional experience of 22 years; more than a decade in the educational sector, has worked in the capacity of a teacher trainer, administrator,curriculum designer and mentor. She has conducted hundreds of workshops training thousands of teachers on numerous topics related to pedagogical as well management skills. She is a strong advocate of the need of teacher trainings in Pakistan and aims to impart her pedagogical knowledge as well as organizational and interpersonal skills, to teachers giving them solutions to the limitations and issues they face
