There is a growing trend of teaching young children through play. Suniay, Parhiay aur Rung Bhariay/Budho, Parho ain Rung Bharyo (Listen, Read and Colour) has been written with this trend in mind. Children are taught language in a playful manner as they listen to their parents or teachers recite short poems, read the Urdu/Sindhi alphabet, and colour the pictures.
