This course will familiarise teachers with the essential skills for 21st century teaching. It will help equip them to monitor their students’ academic progress for exam success and provide tools to support student motivation and wellbeing.

Alia Atif is a dedicated educationist with nearly three years of experience as a Teacher Trainer at Oxford University Press, specializing in professional development, curriculum implementation, and instructional design. She is adept at delivering engaging training sessions and creating effective modules aligned with both National and International Curricula. As a former Principal and Section Head with proven leadership experience in Abbottabad and Islamabad, she is focused on academic excellence, staff development, and school improvement. She has strong foundation in teaching English across primary and secondary levels, with deep expertise in the Cambridge curriculum and national standards. She holds a master’s degree in international relations, a PGCC, and high-band certifications in IELTS and TOEFL.

Fatima Iftikhar is a Professional Development Coordinator at Oxford University Press Pakistan. She is an International Baccalaureate-certified Language and Literature educator and holds certifications in Artificial Intelligence from King’s College London. Fatima is a published writer and a certified school manager. She holds an MPhil in English, with publications in Discourse and Communicative Competence. She has diverse teaching experience in renowned institutions across Pakistan. A dynamic educator and researcher, Fatima is actively exploring leadership models to foster innovation in education, supported by her certification from Franklin Covey.
