Oxford University Press (OUP) is organizing the opening of its new bookshop at Dolmen Mall, Clifton, and the launch of its Platinum Series of books published to celebrate Pakistan’s 70 years. The series comprises over 70 books showcasing Pakistan’s history, politics, economy, literature, art, culture, and sports. Speakers at the event will include Nafisa Shah, Muneeza Shamsie, Azra Abbas, Asif Farrukhi, and Ameena Saiyid. Khaled Anam will also be performing at the ceremony being held on 21 July 2017, at the Oxford Bookshop, Dolmen Mall, Clifton, at 6 p.m.
