This intensive course focuses on helping early years educators develop the skills and strategies to teach reading through synthetic phonics. It offers a step-by-step approach using classroom and online teaching activities.

Neda Mulji
Neda Mulji is a Senior Manager, Professional Development at Oxford University Press Pakistan and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy UK (FHEA). She has two decades of teaching experience in 3 countries. She has a Master’s from Goldsmiths, University of London and a CELTA certificate for teaching English as a foreign language to adults. She has been an EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teacher in London and has taught English and Communication Skills at universities in Dubai. She is also a children’s author – her book Little Jimmy has been published by OUP. She has written and published a non-fiction book based on research in parenting.

Terms and Conditions
- The course material remains OUPP's property to be used as deemed fit. Participants will receive handouts for reference.
- The registration fee, once paid, is non-refundable regardless of attendance by the participant. Cancellations will not be accommodated.
- Participants must demonstrate a minimum intermediate level of English language proficiency to be able to engage fully with course content.
- Participants must have access to a good internet service and a laptop/PC/tablet.
- Participants will be expected to commit a minimum of 18 hours online over the duration of their course – approximately 4 hours per week.
- At the end of the course, participants who have met the Evaluation Criteria for the course will receive a Certificate of Completion.
- Discount offered to schools for multiple registrations is at the discretion of OUPP management.
